In order to facilitate the entire shipping and to ensure that you will receive the item in time, please make sure all columns related to shipping info are completed, including mobile number, detailed address, even apartment or unit number. PO Box address is not accepted if you choose express shipment. Non Delivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be borne by In My Gardens.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

  1. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact Customer support team to verify within 45 days the date of purchase. 
  2. For other logistics related issues, order and products issues, please make sure to contact our customer service within 45 days from the date of purchase. 
  3. Customs and Duties: For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be applicable in the destination country.
